What people ask first
Do we have to install anything or change our shop?
No. HELIX reads the public address of your site or product feed — no plugin, no admin access. Nothing is written into your live feed until you approve the suggestion yourself.
What if we have no product feed, or cannot find it?
Just enter your shop's address and we will look for the feed ourselves. If there is none, we read the site instead. And if you know you have one but not where it lives, the input field tells you where to look on your platform.
Is the analysis really free?
Yes. The basic AI Visibility score and an overview of the main issues are free and require no sign-up.
How long does the analysis take?
You'll usually see the basic score within 30 seconds. For large feeds the full analysis can take a bit longer.
Do you store my data?
We store analysis results so you can come back to them and track progress over time. Your feed is used only for the analysis and you can delete your data at any time — see the Data & ownership page for details.
